Preschool Recreational

This is the launching pad for most people in the sport of gymnastics.  For this level, the children will come once a week for about an hour and work on following the instructor’s directions as well as basic skills.

Grade School Recreational

Grade school recreational gymnastics is similar to preschool with the difference being age and expectations.  Once you age out of preschool gymnastics, (or if you’ve never done gymnastics before, but are already beyond the preschool age) then you can join a recreational class.  At this level, our coaches are well trained to help each student gain new skills based on their current abilities.  Grade school recreational classes can have a wide array of skill levels in the same class, and we adjust the stations to meet the gymnasts where they’re at.  This is also just a single class per week for about an hour.

League

League is our in-house team offering.  This is a great opportunity for gymnasts who want a taste of competition without the commitment required of joining our Xcel or Developmental teams.  In this class, they’ll work hard and we help them create routines that showcase their abilities and skills.  Those routines are only performed within the CORE Gymnastics facility with Coach Don and Miss Tanya as judges.  Friends and Family can be invited to witness the routines, and each gymnast will receive an award as well as a critique as well as a complement.

Hot Shots

Hot Shots is an invite only class for girls ages 3-6.  It will focus quite heavily on building the strength, flexibility, and technique necessary to perform the skills the gymnasts will need to compete in the future.  Most of the girls in Hot Shots transition to the USAG Developmental program when they're ready.  When Coach Don first started gymnastics, he joined a class similar to this, then went on to compete nationally.

Hard-CORE

This is a program designed for the gymnast who’s interested in competing at a higher level (up to and including USAG Developmental) but is too old for the Hot Shots class.  This class will take a complete beginner and give them an accelerated class to help them gain the strength, flexibility, and techniques used in high level gymnastics with a more indepth explanation of what the sport will entail.  Miss Tanya started gymnastics at a much older age than most (10 years old) and we’ve designed a program that can take athletes in a similar position and help them get to where she did: competing at a national level.

USAG Xcel

Xcel is also a USAG program, however it is perfect for athletes who love the sport of gymnastics, but also want to diversify their time a little more.  The time commitment for high level Xcel is much less than that of Developmental.  You also get a little more freedom to customize your routines at lower levels whereas Developmental’s routines are all compulsory for the first 5 levels.

USAG Developmental

This is the track that has the potential to take gymnasts to the most Elite levels of gymnastics. We compete under the USAG rules. Our competitions are initially against other gyms in the state of NH and MA, then expand to national invitationals. The higher levels will be eligible for Regionals, Easterns, and Nationals.
